Can't change privacy settings on a group

Description
Once you have create a group, you can't change the privacy settings like for example from "Project" to "Closed".
Other issue is that names are not clear enough when you are creating a group. "Project" doesn't mean "Everything it's going to be open for everyone to see. And "Closed" doesn't mean "private".
